We want you to love your Sugarhill Brighton pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the front of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
